You ever feel alone even in your own home with your significant other in the other room? I feel a little dissconnected from everything right now, like I am floating in some surreal dream. I should be happy, glad to be going camping this weekend. I canot seem to shake this feeling of dread and worry.. I don't even know truly why that fully is... I feel mostly anxious about this weekend... Like I feel something bad is going to happen. I already feel it in the air surrounding me right now...maybe it could be my imagination but in some ways I highly doubt it because this is my deep instincts telling me this... who knows? Only time will tell. For now I guess I just have to wait and see how things unfold...

Da, da,da dum! I am the Wide Awake Blogger! In the wee hours of the night or well anytime I darn well please I will blog away about either the best things or just rants. Maybe even the funniest things that happened to me in a day or the worst! Just a little glimpse, a synaspe into this life of mine, well mostly this brain of mine. Hopefully you will be intrigued enough to have a closer look, maybe not. However it does not matter if it is either. I am here to have fun, to do what I need to so I can release whatever is going through my mind at the time I come to this blog whetehr good or bad. That is the beauty of writing. You can write whatever you want and feel that those pent up emotions have been set free so that they are no longer caged up in your mind, fighting and clawing its way at it's room wanting to be released. Time will only reveal if it was a good thing to release or not... Though it has been a little while since I started blogging I am sure that this has been probably one of the better things that I can do for myself right now. I have had so little thoughts when it comes to writing lately and I am trying to do new avenues so as to get the juices flowing and get these wheels a turning. Just need a little spark once in awhiel to do that, a little elbow grease and so much less time on my hands as well. I have been fairly busy lately... working 4 day weeks, hanging out with my boyfriend watching episodes of 24... probably one of the best things that I have watched in a little while.
Well oh my! Look at the time! I gotta jet and get this mind into dreamland sooner rather than later. I have a feeling this week is going to be really trying and very energy consuming...

Have a great night all! :D

writing exercise 1

Ok so I asked three people tonight to give me at least 5 random words.

1: Ravishing, erotic, genuine, purple, temptation, unique
2:Random, head, top, give, off
3:Mustard, caviar, ships, greens, kibble

Tessa was such a ravishing erotic and random person. You never knew what temptation she would throw at you next whether it be grinding into you on the dance floor or just blowing down the highway in her purple convertible with the top off, or even something even more random than that. Tessa was one of those unique girls and despite her beauty and diva- like style she really was a genuine down to earth kind of girl. You just had to get to know her well before you can get into her head and know the real person down inside that she hid from the world because the world was cruel, had shaped and she had moulded herself into what society wanted so that she could survive. She didn’t just give anyone the time of day but I had been her friend since before and had known her well.
Once upon a time long ago she had lived the high life, sailing on the most luxurious cruise ships eating caviar and the best greens money could buy. Now it was a struggle for her to even get anything that she needed or wanted. Somehow in her descent she had come upon this reddish brown dog that reminded her of our favourite movie we used to watch as kids and she called her Sassy. Even though she couldn’t really afford the kibble she made sure the dog was fed before herself. Sassy became her pride and joy.
Now who am I? I am Tracy. Just Tracy. Nothing more nothing less. I am Tessa’s best friend in the whole universe. I hate mustard and Tessa knows about it and every chance she gets she will make her point to tease me about it. She even chased me once around our apartment before and I kept running till she was out of breath but she ended up squirting me in the face with the mustard... It was payback. I grabbed the ketchup off the counter and chased. We ended up with a huge mess that took forever to clean up.

Tessa and I both had boyfriends that we often seen. From time to time one of us would be gone from the apartment for days with our boyfriends so it hadn't been unusual when she dissappeared. It was only halfway into the second week that I started to really worry. Usually if we were going to be gone for more than a week we would at least let each other know that.....
